■ 자기소개
공태식교수는 현재 한양대학교 ERICA캠퍼스 경상대학 경영학부의 교수로 재직 중이며, 2014년 9월에 부임하였다. 그는 학문적 커리어 초기부터 국내외를 아우르는 폭넓은 연구 경험을 축적해 왔으며, 특히 2011년부터 2014년까지 영국 글래스고의 스트래스클라이드 대학교 경영대학 마케팅학과에서 조교수로 재직하면서 글로벌 학술 네트워크를 형성하고 국제 공동연구의 기반을 다졌다. 학사과정은 한양대학교 ERICA캠퍼스에서 경영학을 전공하였으며, 이후 서울대학교 경영대학에서 석사 및 박사학위를 취득하며 이론적 깊이와 연구 역량을 체계적으로 발전시켰다. 이러한 학문적 여정을 통해 공태식은 서비스 마케팅과 서비스 매니지먼트 분야에서 실증적 연구와 이론적 기여를 조화롭게 추구하는 학자로 자리매김해왔다.
공태식의 연구는 고객행동과 기술 기반 서비스 환경의 접점을 심층적으로 조명하는 데 중점을 두고 있다. 구체적으로는 고객의 시민행동(customer citizenship behavior)과 불량행동(dysfunctional customer behavior), 서비스 조직 내에서의 공정성 지각과 관계적 역학, 그리고 리테일 테크놀로지 및 서비스 로봇과의 상호작용이 주요 연구 영역이다. 이러한 주제들은 소비자와 조직 간의 상호작용이 점점 더 자동화되고 비인간적 요소가 개입되는 현대 서비스 환경에서 중요한 이론적·실무적 함의를 제공한다.
최근에는 서비스 로봇의 도입이 고객과 직원의 심리적·행동적 반응에 미치는 긍정적 효과뿐만 아니라, 인지적 부하나 스트레스, 저항감 등 부정적 반응을 유발하는 기제를 규명하는 연구로 학계의 주목을 받고 있다. 또한, 조직 내 공정성 지각이 직원의 일탈행동(dysfunctional behavior)이나 역할외 행동(extra-role behavior)으로 이어지는 경로에 대한 분석을 통해, 기술 변화에 직면한 조직 구성원들의 내면적 반응과 윤리적 판단을 정교하게 설명하고자 한다. 이러한 연구는 서비스 조직이 인간 중심성과 기술 효율성 간의 균형을 어떻게 설계하고 관리해야 하는지를 이해하는 데 중요한 이론적 토대를 제공한다.

■ 자기소개
김준용 교수는 서울대학교에서 경영학 학사학위와 경영학(마케팅전공) 석사학위를 취득하고, 미국 University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign에서 경영학(마케팅전공) 박사학위를 취득하였다. 이후 미국 University of Central Florida와 Purdue University에서 경영대학 교수로 재직하다가 2012년 9월 한양대학교 ERICA 경영학부에 부임하였다. 김준용 교수의 주 연구 분야는 소비자 심리 및 행동 분석에 기반한 브랜딩 및 마케팅 전략이며, 최근 연구 활동은 버츄얼 휴먼, AI 서비스 로봇 등의 혁신적 기술을 활용한 제품과 서비스에 대한 소비자들의 반응을 주로 다루고 있다. 김준용 교수의 연구는 Journal of Consumer Psychology, Journal of Retailing, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Consumer Behaviour 등 다수의 국내외 학술 저널에 게재된 바 있다.

■ 자기소개
현재 한양대학교 ERICA Campus 경상대학 경영학부 교수로 재직 중이면서 산업경영연구소 산하 조직과학혁신센터장(Center for Organization Science & Innovation)을 맡고 있는 전상길 교수는 고려대학교 경영대학을 졸업하고 고려대학교 대학원 경영학과에서 인사/조직분야로 석,박사학위를 취득하였다. 또한 SK Telecom 전략기획실에서 선임연구원을 역임하였고 캐나다의 University of Victoria의 Gustavson경영대학의 초빙 및 방문교수로 재직하였다. 현재 대학과 대학원에서 조직혁신론, 전략적 인적자원관리론, 창의성 경영 및 4차산업혁명시대의 비즈니스모델 등의 과목을 가르치고 있다.
주요 저서로는 ‘한국기업의 변화와 혁신’, ‘지식과 학습 그리고 혁신’, ‘핀란드 의회의 지식경영’, ‘창조경영의 원리와 추진전략’, 창조경영을 위한 인적자원관리, 길을 묻다’,’실패하는 비즈니스에는 이유가 있다’, 그리고 가장 최근 들어서는 ‘지금은 대학교육혁신으로 지역사회를 깨울 때’ 등이 있으며, International Journal of Management-Theory and Applications, International Journal of Learning을 비롯하여 경영학연구, 인사조직연구, 중소기업연구, 조직과 인사관리연구, 아시아 여성연구 그리고 국제지역연구 등 국내외 전문학술지에 60여편의 논문을 발표한 바 있다. 2018년에는 한양대학교 우수연구자상을 수상하기도 하였다.
특히 대통령 국정과제 평가위원(국무조정실)으로 선임되어 활동한 바 있으며 국무총리 산하 과학기술연구회(구.기초기술연구회)와 경제▪사회연구회 소속 정부출연연구원의 경영평가위원과 국가연구개발사업 심의위원(KISTEP)으로 현재까지 활발하게 활동하고 있다. 가장 최근에는 공직인사혁신위원회의 위원(국무총리실)으로, 또 인사혁신처에서는 민간자문위원 및 혁신TF위원 그리고 현재는 국가공무원인재개발원 정책자문위원, 해양경찰청, 조달청, KORAIL 자문위원 등으로 활발하게 전문적 자문을 한 바 있으며 제주연구원(JDI)의 연구자문위원과 교통안전공단의 정책자문교수를 역임하였다. 한편, 기획재정부 주관 정부혁신평가위원과 한국연구재단 인문사회과학단의 RB(Research Board), 한국행정연구원의 정책자문위원을 역임하기도 하였다. 그리고 산업통상자원부의 사업재편계획심의위원을 맡아 새로운 신성장동력을 개발하여 신규사업으로 재편하는 기업을 지원하는 심의위원 역할을 하여 혁신적 아이디어는 있지만 자금이 부족한 중소기업의 회생을 도왔으며 그 공로를 인정받아 산업통상자원부장관 표창을 받기도 하였다. 현재까지 공무원연금공단의 경영혁신자문위원과 한국광해광업공단의 인권경영위원회 위원으로 활동하고 있다. 
또한 미국의 Hewitt Associates로부터 아시아 최고기업선정위원(Committee Member of Best Employer in Asia)으로 선정되어 활동한 바 있으며 최근에는 영국의 Aon Hewitt Associates에서 주관하는 한국의 최고직장 선정위원장으로 활동하고 있다. 특히 최근 들어 미국 캘리포니아주 Orange County상공회의소의 경영자문교수 및 Hanyang Global CEO과정(HGCEO) 주임교수로 활동하면서 산학의 국제화를 선도하고 있다. 그 결과로 캘리포니아주의 여러 정치인과 공직자들(Michelle Steel 수퍼바이저, Edward, R. Royce 상원의원, Mimi Walters상원의원, 김진정 오렌지카운티한인상공회의소 회장)로부터 감사장을 받기도 하였다. 또한 2026년에는 한양대학교ERICA IC-PBL센터 창립10주년 행사에서 공로상을 수상한 바 있다. 더불어 벨기에의 세계적인  명문대학인 Ghent 대학교 글로벌 캠퍼스의 운영위원, LG그룹에서 운영하는 연암대학교의 운영위원으로도 현재까지 활동하고 있다. 또한 LG연암재단의 해외파견 교수로 선발되어 Canada BC주 Victoria 경영대학 초빙교수로 파견되기도 하였다.
한편 한국능률협회 컨설팅에서 주관하는 한국의 경영대상 및 한국의 인재경영 대상, 존경받는 기업, 한국의 고객만족 경영대상 심사위원으로도 활동 중에 있다. 특히 전경련의 상생협력센터의 전문위원으로 활동하며 우리나라 대중소기업의 동반성장모델 개발에 앞장서 왔다. 그 외에도  POSCO(동반성장분야), LG전자(동반성장분야), 롯데마트(동반성장분야), LG화학(HRD 분야), LG이노텍(R&D전략 분야), LS전선(해외사업 분야), 세븐 일레븐(인사제도설계 분야) 등 국내 주요기업에 전문적인 경영자문을 하고 있다. 가장 최근에는 원자현미경 제조회사이자 글로벌 강소기업인 ㈜Park Systems의 사외이사를 역임한 바 있으며 신한은행의 채용위원회 전문위원으로 위촉되어 은행권 채용비리를 사전에 예방할 수 있는 전문적 자문을 한 바 있다. 가장 최근에는 마이다스IT그룹내 마이다스IT자인연구소의 자문교수를 역임한 바 있다.
2019년 한국인적자원개발학회의 학회장을 맡아 학회의 혁신을 주도하였으며 2023년에는 한국경영학회 추계학술대회 조직위원장을 맡았으며 뉴로경영위원장을 역임한 바 있다.2025년에는 한국인사관리학회의 학회장을 맡은 바 있으며 현재는 한국경영학회, 한국인사조직학회의 부회장을 맡고 있다

유나령 교수는 숙명여자대학교를 졸업하고 연세대학교에서 석사학위를 취득한 후, 캐나다 Ivey Business School에서 매니지먼트 박사학위를 취득하였다. 주요 연구 분야는 기업가정신과 전략경영이며, 특히 창업가와 경영자의 인지 및 의사결정 과정에 관심을 두고 있다. 실험 방법론과 패널데이터 분석 등을 활용하여, 불확실성과 성과 변화가 큰 상황에서 창업가와 경영자가 정보를 해석하고 전략적 의사결정을 내리는 과정과, 이러한 의사결정이 기업의 지속, 성장 및 사업 종료에 미치는 영향을 연구해 왔다.

■ 자기소개
현재 한양대학교 경상대학 경영대학의 교수로 재직 중인 이성욱 교수는 한양대학교 상경대학을 회계학과를 졸업하고 한양대학교에서 경영학 박사학위를 취득하였다.
주요경력으로는 POSCO경영연구소에서 경영전략연구본부의 연구위원으로 재직하는 동안 POSCO의 원가경쟁력 및 신규사업의 투자타당성에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 그는 경쟁사의 제품별 원가를 추정하는 추정모형을 개발하기도 하였다.
주요 저서로는 ‘원가관리회계’, ‘회계원리`등 12편이 있으며, 회계저널, 관리회계연구 및 아태비즈니스연구 등 국내 학술지에 38편과 국외 2편의 논문을 발표한 바 있다.
한국관리회계학회 회장 등을 역임하고 현재 포스코경영연구소 및 ㈜단석산업 등 경영자문 교수로 활동하고 있다.

■ 자기소개
김은영 교수는 한양대학교 ERICA 경상대학 경영학부에 재직중이다. 한국외국어대학교 경영정보학과를 졸업 및 동 대학원에서 석사학위를 취득하고, 미국 Florida International University에서 Information Systems and Business Analytics 전공으로 경영학 박사학위를 취득하였다. 박사학위 취득 후 미국 Mississippi State University 경영대학에서 조교수로 재직하였다.
김 교수의 연구는 인간과 인공지능이 공동의 행위자로 참여하는 환경에서 조직 및 개인의 의사결정이 어떻게 변화하는가라는 질문에서 출발한다. 특히 AI가 단순한 분석 도구나 의사결정 지원시스템을 넘어 의사결정 과정에 능동적으로 참여할 때, 인간과 AI 사이의 역할, 협업, 학습, 책임과 통제가 어떻게 형성되는지를 사회-기술적 관점에서 연구한다. 주요 연구 주제는 인간–AI 협력적 의사결정, 에이전틱 AI와 조직 의사결정, 생성형 AI 사용에서 발생하는 부주의와 과도한 의존, AI 공정성과 책임, 대화형 AI와의 상호작용 및 프라이버시 행동 등이다.

현재 한양대학교 경영대학의 교수로 재직 중인 한창희 교수는 한양대학교 공과대학 산업공학과를 졸업하고 한국과학기술원(KAIST)에서 산업공학 석사학위 및 경영공학 박사학위를 취득하였다. 박사학위 취득 후 Georgia Institute of Technology 의 전자상거래연구센터(ECRC)에서 박사후연구원으로 근무하였다.
주요 저서로는 e-Business경영, 경영정보시스템, 서비스 사이언스 등이 있으며, 한국경영정보학회지, 한국IT서비스학회지, 한국전자거래학회지, 한국게임학회지, Information Systems and e-Business Management, Expert Systems with Applications, Journal of Operational Research Society, Computers and Operstions Research, International Journal of Production Economics, European Journal of Operational Research 등 국내외 학술지에 70 여 편의 논문을 발표한 바 있다.

■ 자기소개
길재욱 교수는 한양대학교 경영학부 재무금융 전공 교수를 거쳐 현재 명예교수로 있습니다. 서울대학교 경제학 학사 , 미국 Iowa State University 경영학 석사 ,미국 University of Minnesota에서 경영학 박사 학위를 취득하였다.  

주요 연구분야는 시계열 분석을 응용한 자본시장 및 기업재무의 실증분석, 파생상품 및 금융리스크관리, 연기금자산운용, 중소기업 금융 등이며 관련 분야에 대한 수십편의 논문을 Journal of Futures Market, Emerging Markets Finance &Trade, Asia Pacific Journal of Financial Studies, Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting, Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions &Money, Pacific Basin Finance Journal 등의 국외 학술지와 한국증권학회지, 재무연구, 재무관리연구, 금융연구, 금융안정연구, 한국경제의 분석 등의 국내 학술지에 발표하고 있다.

■ 자기소개
한양대학교 경상대학 경영학부의 교수를 거쳐 현재 명예교수로 있는 김상수 교수는 고려대학교 산업공학과를 졸업하고 조지아주립대학교에서 경영학 석사와 박사 학위를 취득하였다.

■ 자기소개
한양대학교 에리카 캠퍼스 경상대학 경영학부 교수를 거쳐 현재 명예교수로 있는 류태수 교수는 한양대학교 상경대학 경제학과를 졸업하고 반도상사에서 근무한 후 일본 Keio 대학에서 석사와 박사학위를 취득하였다. 그 후 일본 나고야 상과대학 산업경영학과 조교수로 근무하였으며 담당 과목은 국제경영과 전략경영이었다.  

논문에 대한 주요 관심 분야는 기술혁신과 유교문화권의 기업경영이라는 아시아 유교문화권의 문화적 특징에 있으며, 최근에는 클러스터정책 및 중소기업의 혁신활동에 대한 연구를 하고 있다.

주요 저서로는 ERP 도입 후 기업에서 운영되는 과정에 관해 설명하고 있는 “uniERP를 이용한 ERP운영(2005)”, 다양한 혁신기업과 경영자들을 통해 지속적으로 성장하는 기업들이 가진 혁신 DNA를 해부하고 상세히 설명한 “혁신DNA(2009)” 등이 있다.

■ 자기소개
한양대학교 ERICA캠퍼스 경상대학 경영학부 교수를 거쳐 현재 명예교수로 있는 심원술 교수는 고려대학교에서 문학사, 미국 Maryland University에서 경영학사, 미국 University of Oregon에서 경영학 석사 및 박사학위를 취득하였다. 학위취득 후 미국 Boise State University 경영대학 및 대학원의 교수로 재직한바 있다. 이 학교에 재직 시 우수강의로 인정을 받은 바 있으며, 대외적으로는 아이다호주 상무부의 경제개발 위원회 위원, 미연방정부 중소기업청 아이다호 지청의 자문교수로 활동한 바 있다.
한양대학교 부임 후 최우수교수상을 수상한바 있으며, 한양대학교 산업경영연구소 소장과 대학원 전략경영학과 주임교수로 활동하였다. 대외적으로는 사단법인 한국인사조직학회 회장, 한국인력개발학회 회장, 한국미디어경영학회 회장을 역임하였다.

Malhotra(2004), Marketing Research: An Applied Orientation에 대한 번역서 ‘마케팅 조사론(2004, 강석후·조현철 역)’이 있다. Japan Marketing Journal, Korean Marketing Journal, 마케팅과학연구, 상품학연구 등 국내외 학술지에 36 편의 논문을 발표한 바 있다.  

그는 현재 이론과 가설의 실증적 검정에 있어서의 방법론적 문제점에 대한 연구에 집중하고 있다. 그는 한국마케팅학회의 연구편집위원, 상임이사, 이사를 역임하였으며, 한국상품학회와 한일경상학회의 이사를 역임하였다.

명예교수

■ 자기소개
한양대학교 경영학부 교수를 거쳐 현재 명예교수로 있는 정요섭 교수는 한양대학교 경영학부를 졸업하고 서울대학교 대학원 경영학과를 졸업하였으며, 미국 조지아주립대학교에서 경영학 박사학위를 취득하였다. 현재 보험학원론, 생명보험론, 보험전략경영론 등 다양한 보험과목을 가르치고 있다.
주요저서로는 ‘보험이론 및 실무’ 등이 있으며, The Journal of Risk and Insurance, 보험학회지, 리스크관리연구, 보험개발연구 등 학술지에 많은 논문을 발표해왔다.
미국보험학회에서 최우수논문상을 수상하였고, 한국리스크관리학회 회장과 편집위원장, 한국보험학회 부회장을 역임하였으며, 현재 한국리스크관리학회 고문, 한국보험학회 이사로 활동하고 있다.

명예교수

■ 자기소개
최문경은 현재 한양대학교 경상대학의 경영학부 명예교수로 재직 중이며, 동국대학교 경상대학을 졸업하고, 서울대 경영대학원에서 석사학위를 취득하였다. 그러나 도미 후 경제학으로 전공을 바꾸어, TCU와 Rice 대학에서 공부하였으나, 동국대학교에서 경영학 박사학위를 취득하였다.
주요 관심분야는, 서비스산업의 생산성, 효율성 측정과 측정 도구로 사용되는 DEA이며, 이와 관련하여 생산성학회지 등에 26편의 논문을 발표하였다.
생산성학회지 편집위원, 국제e-비즈니학회 부회장을 역임하였고, 현재 생산성학회 부회장과 기업경영학회 부회장으로 활동하고 있다.
